Liza is the founder of Liza's Locks Studio and creator of The Low Maintenance Method™.
After graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2019, she quickly realized there was a gap between the haircuts many people were receiving and the way they actually wanted to wear their hair. Rather than chasing trends or relying on complicated styling routines, she became focused on creating haircuts that feel intentional, wearable, and personal.
What started as one stylist's approach has grown into Liza's Locks Studio and an online community of millions. Through her videos, consultations, and educational content, Liza has inspired people around the world to think differently about hair—encouraging them to make choices based on their own lifestyle instead of expectations.
Today, Liza continues to work behind the chair while leading and training the team at Liza's Locks Studio, helping shape a studio where every client receives the same thoughtful, personalized experience.
